Job Responsibilities
Ensure all wayleave matters and issues are resolved ahead of time.
Provide guidance and directions to subordinates in terms of executing responsibilities to ensure a competent and motivated team.
Setting and agreeing objectives, goals and targets within the team in the execution of project tasks.
Organize and conduct civic assemblies and explain to the local communities on Company’s plans, procedures for crops/land compensation, etc., to ensure smooth progress in construction.
Liaise with other divisions, both internally and externally with Government Department, Community Leaders and contractors.
Responsible and accountable for the effective co-ordination and collaboration of Wayleave teams by monitoring work-flow, progress and results.
Measures the performance of Wayleave teams against desired results.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law/Engineering/Communication/related major
Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in Permitting, Regulatory & Social, Land & Wayleave matters.
Having computer literate (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point).
Good command in English both oral and written.
Having a good interpersonal skills.
Good communication skill, detail oriented, able to work in a team.
Good analytical thinking, problem solving, decision making and communication.
Having experience in hydropower construction project/energy industry would be preferable..
