What’s the job?
Reporting to the Senior Operational Manager the Customer Support Specialist will be responsible to assist our customers by coordinating order completion, delivery targets and any customer’s communication. Supporting the purchasing department in variety of tasks related to purchasing.
What do you bring?
Acting as an ambassador and wining the customer trust, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers World Class customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Customer service using telephone, email and voice mail messages;
- Collaborates with Quality Coordinator to implement Salesforce CRM for customer complaint resolutions;
- When returns are authorized coordinate with Planning/Logistics to arrange shipping to return product while ensuring that proper documentation and records are complete;
- Products reception capturing in the system, credit invoices creation and issued to customers;
- Complete all order entry of customer PO’s;
- Monitoring of updated pricing and form completion/submission for rate changes accordingly;
- Scan and catalogue all receiving paperwork sales/invoice packages;
- Provide backup to Shipping/Planning to support and ensure a timely preparation of orders to ship, eg. Calculate weights, quotes, paperwork, invoicing as required;
- Providing HR support by compiling benefit booklets, hiring packages, distribute “swag” etc.;
- Incoming mail – A/P invoice and A/R payments- communicate with customers with proper procedures for submission;
- Scheduling of courier shipments for product samples and ensure it’s correspondence;
- Flexibility in work schedule may be required on occasion.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field;
- Proven customer support experience in a Production or Manufacturing environment;
- Familiarity with our industry will be considered a plus;
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills;
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
