2-3 years of experience as a HOST in a contemporary full-service restaurant or coffee bar- A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
- Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation, knowledge of our menu and providing hospitable and accurate service
- Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes
- Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules)
- Have an active ServSafe Food Safety Certificate
- Have a flexible schedule and open availability
