Job Responsibilities
● Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
● Ensure that customers receive excellent service by maintaining a friendly and helpful store atmosphere.
● Monitor sales activities and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
● Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising standards to create an appealing store layout.
● Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
● Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and place orders as necessary.
● Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required
Experience Needed
● Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a retail environment.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
● Sound knowledge of merchandising techniques and inventory management.
● Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
● Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
