Every childhood is worth fighting for. This is our belief. It drives us. And it inspires our Communications team to find ever-more creative ways to promote our work and share how people can get involved in making a difference to children's lives. Join us as an SEO Lead and create work that means the world.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to help us develop and embed an SEO strategy across our NSPCC and Childline websites. To engage senior stakeholders and demonstrate the benefits of optimising our web content to reach as many people as possible. Working closely with digital teams around the organisation, this role will combine influencing and clear communication skills with an analytical mindset.
In this new and exciting role you'll be working with marketing, fundraising, and technology teams to really embed the importance of SEO and ensure it's front of mind when developing campaigns, websites and content.
You'll be responsible for:
- Developing an SEO strategy for the NSPCC website
- Measuring the impact of SEO changes
- Producing SEO reports to share with stakeholders and senior managers
We'd like you to be:
- Confident using analytical and SEO tools such as SEMRush, GA4, and search console.
- Able to bring senior leaders along the journey of improving our organic search profile by reporting on the impact of SEO.
- Experienced in making technical and on-page SEO improvements.
- Flexible, and comfortable juggling different tasks and priorities.
Join us and you'll become part of a team that cares about the work they do and the people they work with. You'll discover opportunities to grow, along with challenges and a shared purpose that'll bring the best out in you. And you'll get to find your own way to make a difference that means more, and that impacts millions of young lives.
