Job Scope:
- Study production requirement, design and fixture to aid manufacturing process for existing and new products
- Work with automation or machine supplier, internal project team on all technical related details such as mechanical, electrical or etc
- Provide technical automation support and troubleshooting technical problem of machines or equipment
- Implement processes improvement and develop work instruction for new project
- Involve in root cause analysis of the equipment. Familiar with problem solving tool. Plan for preventive maintenance/improvement activity to prevent re-occurrence
- Involve in internal and external (vendor) equipment calibration
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Postgraduate/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent
- Good communication skill and fluent in verbal and written for both English and Bahasa Melayu
- Chinese speaking candidates will be an advantage
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, proactive and committed with high sense of urgency
- Possess the skill of using AutoCad software.
