(CSE) Customer Support Executive [Pakistan]


 

We are looking for young energetic candidates for our Chat Unit. The role requires identifying customer’s needs and resolving queries and complaints which require research and investigation to resolution through online support.

· Handling customers via Live chat, Inbound Calls and Email Correspondence are the major tasks

· Engaging the clients by responding and resolving their queries.

Requirement:

· Excellent communication skill (Verbal, Non-Verbal) and must be able to understand and speak English fluently.

· Fresh to 1 year of experience in Customer service, call center and chat units.

· Must be a team player

· Comfortable working in different shifts.

Qualification: Graduation

Gender: Male and Female both

Age Limit: Not more than 35 years

Location: DHA Phase 7

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Bachelor's (Required)
