Customer Service Representative

Union Role

$19.00 - $20.00 /hr

  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information
  • Maintain client and member confi
  • Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
  • Help to train new employees and inform them about the company’s customer management policies
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • Great active listening skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
  • Patience, empathy and professionalism
  • Effective time management, prioritization and multitasking skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry, website navigation and other software
  • Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience within a Third Party Adminstrator
  • Ability to speak multiple languages,
  • 1 year Call Center Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
