Your days will be filled with:
- Manage our Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GTM) environments, processes, and architecture
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of our tagging environment
- Lead GA4 migration - audit analytics usage and metrics, including objects, tags, and reporting elements, as well as recommend fixes or enhancements
- Develop custom analytics javascript to create events and triggers in Google Tag Manager
- Lead tagging projects from inception through completion, including partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders to build requirements, set up and implement, and quality control
- Analyze key website performance metrics and competitive trends, create forecasts using operational and statistical models, direct queries and analyze database logs for reports, and make recommendations to align marketing with business objectives
- Ensure successful conversion tracking and reporting across multiple campaigns/digital channels via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and other relevant platforms
- Identify/ optimize conversion touchpoints for client campaigns (IE: Call tracking, form tracking, online events, etc.) to improve efficiencies within digital campaigns. Inclusive of: Phone call tracking, open field form tracking, purchases, online bookings, chat widgets, 3rd party software
- Identify problems/provide strategic solutions and present an implementation plan to key stakeholders
- Consistently run audits to ensure conversion reporting remains accurate
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices with a desire to bring innovative thinking to paid strategies.
- Design, develop, and support the analytics department by owning all Google Analytics,
- Google Tag Manager, and other relevant platforms processes and standard operating procedures
Who we are looking for:
- 2-3 Years of Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Pixel, Google Ads Tag, Bing UET Tag, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Pinterest Tag, TikTok tracking, etc
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to track competing priorities and multiple campaigns and projects.
- Strong debugging and problem solving skills
- In-Depth knowledge of analytics & reporting
- Demonstrated knowledge of Google suite of tools
- Proficiency with content management systems, sucha as WordPress
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, social media, and e-commerce landscape, and related platforms.
- Knowledge of sales funnels, landing pages, lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity in API integration and tracking with 3rd party platforms
- Experience working with automation tools like HubSpot & other CRMs
