- create new wafer technology- and device concepts for Automotive Power applications
- be responsible for the process flow and implementation of new technology concepts in production
- define and specify unit process requirements
- plan, design, perform and evaluate process experiments (including DoE´s)
- develop test structures for their electrical characterization and qualification
- release n ew power devices for mass production
- be responsible for the analysis of electrical test data and derive optimization measures for your devices
- coordinate physical and electrical analyses
- create intellectual property
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- a university degree (Master or above) in Physic s , Electrical Engineering or comparable
- 3+ years of experience in semiconductor technology and device development
- fluent English skills , German skills are a plus
- knowledge of power semiconductor devices, especially MOSFETs
- experience in process and device simulation (TCAD)
