… as young as a company can be. Mentafy was founded in July 2023 with the humble goal to revolutionize digital learning. For decades different intelligent tutoring services (ITS) and countless e-learnings have been developed. None of them has yet achieved to become a truly adaptive and self-effective tool, motivating a student to learn with it. We are going to change that! The field of artificial intelligence (AI) has now reached the proper level of maturity to properly accompany a learner’s journey. We will continuously roll out the modules necessary, such that the sum of our tools eventually will become the digital mentor, that will truly catalyze our curiosity towards mastery.
Tasks
You do not have to master all these things, but help as good as you can in setting up and running the company. So you will simply be involved in everything the business side of a company is made of. In German there is a traditional job title, that describes well, what your position is - 'Prokurist/-in':

You are:

Diving into all the different aspects of building and running a company, you embrace the learnings that come along with this demanding task. Being part of this young company will require a hands-on-mentality, i.e. for many things in the start there is nobody in the team, that really does this job, so as all of us you have to actually do a lot of things, you probably haven’t not trained for, yet. - Language – Fluent German and English – other languages are a plus
