San Carlo Restaurant Group are hiring a Host/Hostess!
Based on authentic modern Italy, San Carlo Group is constantly growing with 25 restaurants now in the UK and a growing international presence. Restaurants include San Carlo, Cicchetti, Alto at the rooftop, Selfridges, Bottega, Isola, Fumo, Signor Sassi, Champagne Bar and Gran Cafe.

Key Responsibilities:
· Greeting guests as they enter the restaurant and welcoming them.
· Managing the restaurant's waiting list and seating guests promptly and efficiently.
· Maintaining an organized and tidy front of house area, including the hostess stand, waiting area, and restrooms.
· Answering phone calls and managing reservations.
· Answering guest inquiries about the restaurant's menu, special promotions, or other services offered.
· Collaborating with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
· Keeping track of table turnover and communicating table availability to servers.
· Handling any customer complaints or issues in a courteous and professional manner.
· Maintaining accurate records of guest counts and reservations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
· Experience in a similar role
· Excellent communication skills
· Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
· A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.42-£12.92 per hour
