SWL Rope Lifting & Testing Ltd located in Southampton is recruiting.

We are actively seeking an Administrator to join our Southampton Team! This is an exciting position to join our team working 40 hours per week.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about having a hands on approach to their work whilst leading from the front. We are looking for an individual with good communication and problem solving skills, that possesses a high quality standard.

  • Responsible for the organisation of administrative tasks within the Branch
  • Complete all necessary paperwork as requested
  • Answering internal and external calls
  • Invoice queries, service requests and breakdowns on site
  • Raising purchase orders as and when required
  • General filing
  • Other general administrative duties as required by the branch
  • Takes the initiative and seeks out additional work wherever possible
  • Is willing to help out other employees
  • Personally takes responsibility for making it easy for all customers

Salary: £21,000.00-£28,686.00 per year
