Business Data Office is a team within Business Controls & Product Management (BC&PM). The objective of BC&PM is to support, advise and assist the bank’s 3 business units (Personal Customers, Business Customers, and Large Corporate and Institutional Customers) in mitigating risks related to products, processes, and services across different risk areas/disciplines to bring value to customers and society.
As our Business Data Manager, you have the following responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of data management across our 3 business units
- Act as single point for Group data Office and for data issues/opportunities in the business including coordinate realisation of data opportunities or solution of data issues
- Participate in the Bank’s annual budgeting cycle (ABR/QBR) in order to secure resources to drive resolution of data issues or realisation of data opportunities
- Support and train colleagues in data management with support from Group data Office
- Monitor, report and escalate of data quality issues
- Daily collaboration with Business Data Stewards and Data Entity Owners to ensure progress in data management implementation
- Guide new projects and business changes to support and ensure adherence to the Data Risk Management Policy

Your background
You have an academically educational background with good results combined with 2+ years where experience from working within banking, processes, data management/governance, bank regulations or risk management will be an advantage.
There are several opportunities for bringing relevant experience and knowledge to the position. You could e.g., have been working within:
- Specialist within analytics or data and reporting either within a bank or with a combination of experience in data management processes
- Project manager within a bank/insurance/medical with experience from data heavy projects.
- Data Steward role within a bank/insurance/medical.
- Operations specialist who has deep knowledge of banking processes/regulation and with an interest in data management.
