- Create and prepare a wide variety of baked goods, desserts, and pastries
- Measure and mix ingredients, bake, and decorate items as appropriate
- Ensure quality control of all pastry products and work with a sense of urgency to meet production schedules
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, and order as needed
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that all food items are prepared and delivered in a timely and efficient manner
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environmen
