Tasks

Arrival in Austria: On or before the 3rd of September 2023

Training period: till the 4th - 8th of September 2023

Teaching/Contracted period begins: on the 11th of September (three months initial contract with possibility to extend)

As an EFL Teacher with the GET Academy, you'll have the opportunity to be part of an exciting educational organisation. Duties include:

• Teach 22-27 units per week in schools across Austria,
• Implementing our innovative, communicative method
• Motivate, engage and inspire your students
• Communicate with your Project Admin to ensure cohesive delivery of English projects
• Travel between campus/accommodation and school
• Ensure integrity of project paperwork and administrative procedures

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a native-level English speaker, hold a TEFL qualification and have experience that demonstrates both teaching skills and a genuine talent for working with children:

• TEFL qualification
• Minimum of 300 hours classroom experience
• Experience using a communicative approach to language teaching
• Experience in a young learner teaching environment
• Residence and work permit for Austria (British applicants require a Visa D)

Successful candidates must complete a mandatory training period before the contract begins.
