Your tasks
- Creating and tracking the SAP purchase requests for all the costs related to the training and development activities;
- Confirming the services delivery for all the SAP purchase requests created (service/good receipt);
- Collaborating with the providers in order to ensure that the invoices are aligned to internal process;
- Controlling and following up on the payment of the invoices;
- Training cost controlling;
- Organizing all logistic activities for the training delivery;
- Managing the process for the language’s courses: enrollment, follow up, invoices;
- Gathering and coordinating all the documentation needed for the governmental cofounding application;
- Maintaining a successful collaboration with the supplier partner for the cofounding application objective;
- Maintaining an accurate data track by using LMS SuccessFactors;
- Helping the team to prepare presentations;
- Analyzing data (dashboard and training tracking tool/success factor);
- Managing and maintaining well the relation with Administration, Procurement, HRIS, University teams and Service providers.
- University Degree or other relevant education for administrative jobs;
- 2-3 years of experience;
- Experience with LMS SuccessFactors;
- Administrative roles and data analysis skills;
- Strong MS Excel and SAP skills;
- Knowledge of cofounding is considered an asset;
- Ease with handling abstract tasks;
- Problem solving, proactivity, precision, team working;
- Fluent in English, additional language skills are considered an asset.
