Job Responsibilities: • Personal Assistant to Managing Director • Answers phone calls, calendar managements including scheduling appointments, meetings, events and supports visitors. • Travelling arrangements including car rental, flight ticket, accommodation booking, etc. • To plan business meetings and company events as well as taking minutes during meetings. • To perform full spectrum of secretarial or office admin duties. • To communicate with all levels including internal, external parties on various subjects on a regular basis. • Independent and committed sense of responsibility. • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system. • To perform ad-hoc projects and Private and Confidential assignments that assigned by Managing Director.
